Our goal is to promote recovery, prevent injury, and optimize your physical capabilities by addressing each client’s unique needs and health objectives. Whether you’re an athlete or simply dealing with chronic pain, our Integrated Sports Therapy approach supports your journey to improve strength, function, and athletic achievement.
-
How does what you do differ from Physical Therapy or Traditional Acupuncture?Compared to physical therapy, our practice emphasizes specialized techniques like sports massage, dry needling, cupping, biomechanical assessment, and corrective exercise strategies to relieve chronic pain, optimize muscle function, prevent injury, and improve overall performance. We differ from Traditional Acupuncture by blending elements of sports medicine for a unique tailed treatment. Unlike Traditional Acupuncture, which often focuses on energy flow and ancient pathophysiological models, our method is rooted in anatomical science. This allows us to pinpoint precise trigger points and soft tissue directly affecting your recovery. This holistic and integrated approach ensures that treatment is customized to your individual anatomy and specific needs, offering a more comprehensive and effective path to recovery and peak performance.
